Providing Opportunities
Cities where SheaSkinCo will open up jobs for the local to help them earn extra money or as a permanent employee. SheaSkinCo stores provide opportunities for people with disabilities and other marginalised youth to receive practical training, learn new skills and experience working environment.
Intership Program
SheaSkinCo offers internship for student all across Malaysia with various position in marketing, operation, financial and research and development department. Student will receive first-hand experience in handling and solving problems with help from experienced staffs.
Person with Disability (PWD) Employment
SheaSkinCo has been working towards the goal of employing at least one person with disability (PWD) per store globally since the first establishment. This diversity effort has built a particular bond among all store employees, which has also led to improved customer service.
